Our client is a well-established SaaS business, the market leader with best-in-sector products, and on an exciting growth trajectory. To build on the development to date and drive future expansion it now seeks an experienced Sales Development leader.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop a pipeline management framework to set expectations and establish processes and KPIs to exceed targets.
- Mentor an already successful SDR team and provide learning and development opportunities, including training, coaching, and role-playing to support professional growth and enable the identification and qualification of lead opportunities and ensure execution to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts based on individual SDRs performance and historical trends.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to establish reports and dashboards to provide visibility of results; define campaign follow up and reporting; and recruiting to meet hiring needs.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a high performance, high accountability Software environment. This will include:
- Consistent record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor and Manager.
- A record of accomplishment in hiring, developing, and promoting SDRs.
- Proven experience prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Experience using and implementing sales methodology.
- Superior time management and communication skills.
