Senior Sales Support

Our client based in Bracknell is looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to provide critical administrative support to the Head of Sales and Purchasing. You will be dealing with complex orders in a global market, and provide an outstanding level of service.

Duties:

• Breaking down quotes and sending out pricing once approved
• Load and send detailed orders with agreed pricing, confirmations, and tracking
• Ordering stock and follow up for tracking and arrival
• Process purchase orders to suppliers and follow up by tracking them
• Managing the Head of Sales Inbox
• Input data into HubSpot (CRM system)
• Answering and distributing incoming calls
• Booking and coordinating pallet shipments – inbound and outbound
• Working 8:45 am – 5:45pm, but available to work in the evenings on an ad hoc basis when required e.g. to process orders for international clients.

Requirements:

• 3+. years of similar experience in a current or previous role
• Excellent attention to detail!
• Excellent listening skills
• Highly competent user of Microsoft and CRM systems
• Knowledge of NAV or HubSpot
• Educated to A’Level / Degree or equivalent
• A positive and highly driven working attitude

Salary:

• Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
