SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Oxford, OX1

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opening for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiatorto join one the UK’s largest independent Estate Agents who are currently rapidly expanding the sales side of the business. The role will be based in the Oxford area and the opportunity has the potential for future promotion as the company develops and grows.

The ideal candidate will need to be hardworking, dynamic and enthusiastic with a genuine love of sales and property. You will be capable, efficient and perform well under pressure. You will need experience in residential sales and this role would ideally suit someone with a competent local knowledge.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Previous Residential Sales experience (minimum)
• Able to work under pressure in a sales environment
• High level of customer service
• Superb telephone skills
• Ability to recognise and take advantage of sales opportunities
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Full UK driving license
• Local knowledge of the Woking area helpful
