They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their office to help with the demand of the sales market and take the next step in their career. They are happy to chat with those who are only a year into their careers or can offer a more senior package to Negotiators with more experience.
- Up to £26,000 basic salary (DOE)
- £35,000 OTE
- Valuing opportunities/training
- Busy office with good stock levels
- Office target between £400,000-£450,000 for 2024

The office is looking to hit £450,000 this year which provides opportunity aplenty for good earnings and good progression. Our client’s office has some of the most high-end stock that Rustington has to offer. The correct candidate will very much be expected to cut their teeth valuing and listing after an initial bedding in process, to help grow the office's presence in the market.
