Senior Sales Negotiator

Company Overview: Our client, a leading agency in Kent & South East London, is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team at the Erith office. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate property sales transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
3. Property Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations and contribute to listing efforts, showcasing the agency's portfolio to potential clients.
4. Networking: Actively engage in networking activities to expand the agency's reach and establish connections within the local real estate market.
5. Financial Services Referrals: Generate additional income through successful financial services referrals, with the potential to earn between £2,000 to £6,000 annually.

Compensation and Benefits:

• £25,000 basic salary
• £35,000 OTE (Opportunity for higher earnings based on performance)
• Additional income from Financial Services referrals (£2,000 - £6,000 PA)
• 5-day working week with a day off in lieu
• Listing/valuer training to enhance professional development

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience as a successful Sales Negotiator in the real estate industry.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of the local property market in Kent & South East London.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
6. Full UK driving license.
