Form of workYour Move are looking for a highly motivatedSenior Sales Negotiator / Back up Valuer to join our estate agency branch in Bexleyheath on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Negotiator working at Your Move you will receive:
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE)
- Car allowance
- Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment

In the role of a Senior Negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
We will also train you in all aspects of Residential Valuation with a view to growing the business into new areas.
Previous experience within residential sales or lettings is preferred.
A full UK driving license is essential.
