- Conducting sales valuations and overseeing the organization and execution of viewings.
- Daily canvassing to amplify outreach efforts.
- Negotiating deals, liaising with applicants and clients with guidance from the line manager.
- Proficiency in polite, confident telephone communication and effective details conveyance.
- Active participation in pertinent training courses to enhance knowledge and elevate performance.
- Efficient time management to maximize appointment and activity levels.
- Scheduling photographer appointments for property photos and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets is indispensable.
