SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Kings Langley, WD4

Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiatorwho is looking to progress their career with a long established Independent Estate Agency with highly successful offices in the Kings Langley area.

To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience, a proven track record of achievement in a sales role, experience of valuations and listings would be an advantage. However, the company may consider a candidate who would like to get into the property industry and who has exceptional customer service and direct sales skills as well as an exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude.

You will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to secure new business opportunities without supervision.

Skills: The skills required for thisSenior Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Property sales experience essential
• NFOPP / NAEA qualification a benefit (not essential)
• Valuation and listing experience preferred
• Articulate and well-spoken
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Kings Langley and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
