SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / OFFICE MANAGER
Our clients are a multi-disciplinary professional service firm covering the North of England. Their Chartered Surveyors, Farm Business Consultants, Planning and Development Professionals, Valuers, Environmental Specialists and Estate Agents provide a full range of services for our rural client base.
Main purpose of the job:
Due to business expansion, they are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Office Manager to join their growing team in the heart of Barnard Castle. In this role, you'll be an integral part of their dedicated team, delivering exceptional customer service and providing vital administrative support. They are searching for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and can excel in a high-energy sales environment. Collaboration within a team is at the centre of this position, and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritise tasks is essential.
Specific duties & responsibilities:
•Front of house greeting all visitors to the branch.
•Registering applicants and maintaining records.
•Arranging viewing appointments and gaining feedback.
•Negotiating with potential buyers.
•Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals.
•Assisting the Branch Manager with launching properties to the market.
•Liaising with the Marketing Department and providing them with content.
•Achieving sales targets.
•Meeting financial services referral targets.
•Providing support to Sales Progression team.
Person specification:
•Experience in estate agency and a NAEA qualification preferred but not essential, but sound knowledge of and experience in sales and customer service necessary.
•Strong communicator; friendly, outgoing with a professional telephone manner.
•Excellent standard of written English language and attention to detail.
•Good IT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
•Experience and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
•Proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
•Ability to work within a team.
•Ideally a car owner with a full UK driving license.
•Front of house with a positive can-do attitude.
Key information you need to know:
•Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
•9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Fridays and 9.00am to 1.00pm every other Saturdays. With up to one hour for lunch.
