Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ever-growing estate agency based in Middlesbrough. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer. You will be a professional individual, who prides themselves on providing excellent service and delivering results.Duties as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer: Booking in valuations and scheduling appointments Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers Gaining new business Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team Carrying out valuations Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market Registering Applicants and attending viewings All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted Sales progression and building relationships Handling property information and the advertising process Handling queries and meeting deadlines Updating systemsWhat we are looking for: Experience in property (essential) Experience carrying out valuations Excellent negotiation skills A driven individual with a desire to learn Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM's A keen eye for detail Strong customer service skills on all levels Must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicleTo be successful as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be an organised individual and well presented. In return you will receive a Salary between £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme with a realistic OTE taking you up to £50,000 plus benefits, working 9am-5pm, Monday-FridayAPPLY TODAY!
