Salary: OTE GBP35k

Position: Permanent - Full Time

Our client, a highly successful, forward thinking Estate and Lettings Agents, are looking to recruit a SeniorSales Negotiator / Lister to join their team based at their branch in the Brentwood area.

The ideal candidate must have experience in residential sales with excellent achievements in both selling property and generating new business.

You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, have a winning mindset and most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Listerrole will include:

• Residential sales experience essential
• Listing & Valuation experience beneficial
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to generate new business
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and dynamic
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent spoken and written English
