Senior Sales Professional

Gap Personnel is working with a great company in Wymondham who are recruiting a Senior Sales Professional on a Full time Permanent basis, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for our organization. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales representatives. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Mon – Fri 0800AM to 1700PM

Salary: From £25,000 to £27,000 per year, Plus a Great Commission scheme in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the UK and Abroad.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Wymondham.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lead a sales team effectively.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Be happy to travel in the UK and abroad when needed.
