Salary Job Opportunity: Senior Site CoordinatorWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Salary: GBP27,025Location: Oxford (Hybrid until May and then would move into remote working)We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team as a Senior Site Coordinator. This pivotal role has been introduced to elevate the claimant experience, support service delivery managers, and drive excellence at each Assessment Centre (AC).Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Day–to–Day Management: Overseeing the efficient operations of the Assessment Centre.Claimant Communication: Ensuring constant communication with claimants for a positive and informed experience.Proactive Session Management: Implementing proactive measures to ensure productivity and optimal utilization of Health Professionals (HPs).Arrivals Board/Monitoring: Monitoring arrivals and management information to fill empty slots efficiently.Decision Making: Making informed decisions regarding retractions and cancellations.Onboarding and Training: Training and onboarding site coordinators within the region.Governance and Compliance: Introducing governance around compliance to ensure adherence to current guidelines.Process Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of any agreed–upon changes to processes and procedures.Escalation Handling: Serving as the initial contact for any escalations at the AC level, whether from claimants or HPs.
