There is an exciting new opportunity to join a leading main contractor in Manchester to manage a large scale project from site setup through to completion. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.
The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality design and build projects across commercial, high rise residential, leisure, industrial and infrastructure between the values of £10m to £200m. This is a fast growing region with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Background of Site Management within a large / Tier 1 contractor environment.
- Experience of full site management of packages from demolition stage, structural to managing interiors & MEP packages.
- Academically Qualified either BEng Civil Engineering / BSc Construction Management and/ or relevant industry tickets and certificates.
- Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Salary & Package on offer:
- Base £65,000 - £75,000
