Senior Social Worker – Wokingham
Referral and Assessment Team
Rate: up to £38 per hour
We are recruiting for motivated Social Worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
You must have experience in a similar role.
By working in close partnership with families and other professionals to understand more about the support families may need to safely and effectively parent, our team’s clear aim is to identify where the appropriate support can be obtained.
The ideal candidate for this role will be dynamic and flexible with great inter-personal skills, excellent recording skills, and a sound knowledge of children’s legislation and thresholds – as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure continuity of cases held with locum workers, this client always look for candidates with staying power.

Locums will also benefit from available and appropriate training wherever possible.
You will benefit from regular supervision as we offer day 25 case supervision on every case, and separate follow up for personal supervision.
