An experienced Senior Solutions Sales Professional with at least 7-10 years of B2B sales experience is needed to join the team at this multi-award-winning British technology manufacturer in the Smart building space based in London on a full-time, hybrid working basis.
They have developed the world's first IoT-connected smart hand dryers and hand sanitiser dispensers, addressing an $82bn intelligent buildings market.
They are looking for a proven, experienced, ambitious B2B Solutions Sales Professional with deep connections and a proven track record of selling solutions into the building services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hit the ground running, generating sales opportunities by tapping into existing relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, clients and partnerships
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customised solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (virtually and in person), including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, proposal/tender submission, and deal closing via different sales and marketing channels
- Be the Company's IoT market expert, Identify new sales opportunities, and proactively develop new relationships across the building services industry
- Consult with customers, commercial building owners, facilities management operators, specifiers, and contractors to bring the company's revolutionary IoT hand hygiene solutions to market
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts to senior management regarding sales opportunities
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Possessing a solid understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning
- Review all company technical sales manuals and manage and train a business development team
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of B2B business development and solution sales experience
- Ability to write proposals (Technical and financial)
- Must be able to prioritise assignments, work independently with limited supervision, motivate, and lead by example
- Proven attention to detail and thorough documentation
- Experience in establishing partnerships
