What you'll be doing...
This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
Working at the home of the Scottish Rugby Team, no two days are the same within an established existing team. It's an exciting time to be part of the team and join us ahead of the Glitterfest period, Guinness Six Nations 2024 and a busy concert season.
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
  • Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
  • Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
  • Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
  • Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
  • Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services
  • support & run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7
