Tigerlily is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our company. The base salary starts from £32,000 to £38,000, but TRONC and bonus mean earning potential is £45,000.

The role…
As a Senior Sous Chef in our business, your responsibilities will include:
- Deputising for the Head Chef and assist with the smooth day to day running of all operations, as well as taking on Head Chef responsibilities when they're away
- Making sure all guest and staff requirements are met on every occasion, through being observant, communicative and alert
- Leading and coaching the team in an approachable way, and being available to coach and support staff when necessary, with the aim of developing their skills
- Being responsible for the safe running of the kitchen - overseeing speed of service, staffing levels and stock levels
- Responsibility for Health & Safety and due diligence within the kitchen
- Communicating often and consistently between front and back of house departments and at handovers
- Driving consistently high standards of food service
- 3 years experience within a similar role is required
