```Duties```
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes
- Knowledge of food production techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate orders to the kitchen staff
