Our work environment includes:
- Contracted maximum 45 hours per week
- 4 day work week (Wed-Sat)
- Sundays off

- OTE Salary of £39k. Base Salary £32k plus TRONC
Duties/Responsibilities
- Directs food preparation and collaborates with head chef.
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
- Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition.
- Schedules staff shifts.
- Train new employees.
- Responsible for ensuring orders are placed on time and accurate.
- Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring EHO dude diligence is up to date.
Skills/Qualifications
- Punctuality
- experience working in ambitious forward thinking modern restaurant
- Michelin experience preffered
- A good work ethic
- Respect - for colleagues and guests
- A high degree of food and drink knowledge
- Acute attention to detail
Location/Salary/Perks
Our new restaurant will be opening March 2024 and located in the Stockbridge/New Town area of Edinburgh.
Compensation will include:
- Starting salary of £32k with a review after 6 months
- Equal share of all gratuities
- OTE £39k approx
- Pension contribution

- 28 days annual leave (including set periods of closure)
- A four day work week with Sundays off
