Michelin recognition came shortly after the very talented Executive Head Chef took the reigns. The restaurant is a modern space catering for up to 40 guests on a busy service. The menu features creative tasting menus reflecting various cultures and cuisines.
What's involved?
Our client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef who has a keen interest to help guide and develop the team alongside the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef. You will join a team catering to a small restaurant operating from an open kitchen, so you are visible to guests during service.
You will oversee each section, ensuring the team's mise en place is prepared to the highest standard working cleanly and efficiently. A minimum of 1 Michelin star experience is required for this role along with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
