Blacklock was born from a love of great meat and fantastic experiences, championing the Chophouse and all its traditions, unpretentious and familiar and above all else, open to all.
We are looking for a Senior Sous to take a leading role in our New Opening and support our Head Chef in bringing all the Chop Love to our newest home.

YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR SOUS CHEF
We are looking for a Senior Sous who is people focused and enjoys cooking the very best produce in the UK to a very high standard and genuinely cares about the quality of the food leaving our kitchens being the best it can be.
If you are a Senior Sous Chef with a healthy obsession for chops and looking to develop in a growing company that prides itself on being a great place to work first and foremost whilst serving the best meat this country has to offer alongside genuine hospitality, we would love to meet you!
