In this role as a Senior Support Worker, you will take the lead in guiding a team of Support Workers to consistently provide excellent care. You will understand the importance of assisting service users in maximising their choices, rights, and decisions and create a positive impact in the lives of adults facing emotional and behavioural challenges.

The ideal Senior Support Worker will have:

• A recognised qualification in Residential Childcare / Health & Social Care
• Experience working with Autism, Learning Difficulties and Complex Needs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A Team Teach (or equivalent) qualification is desirable
• A driving license is desirable
