We'd like you to join us as a* Senior Support Worker* at our services Mayfield road based in Sutton.
At Mayfield Road, we provide support to adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) in a residential care setting. Were committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you'll be working:
Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
- Full time hours
- 42 hours per week
What you'll be doing:
- Smooth day to day running of the services
- Staff Management
- Record Keeping
- Data Entry
- Support Worker duties at times to support the team
What you'll have:
- Use this space to list what you want the candidate to have, for example:
- A passion for care
- Desirable; Minimum of 1 years` experience in the Health and Social care sector
- Desirable; Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great Communication Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Great leadership skills.
