This unique service is designed to provide a bespoke service for each member of a Religious Community in Ealing. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Sisters are provided with the highest quality of support by facilitating each person to live an independent and fulfilled life.
Our client has a position for an experienced Senior Support Worker/Team Leader where you will support a small team of staff in the governance of this service in an efficient and effective manner in the aims and objectives of the service.
What we need from you as a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader:
- Proven experience in exceptional care of the elderly, and essentially a recognised Health or Social Care qualification above a level 3
- Experience of leading and managing staff teams
- Minimum of five years’ experience in area of practice
- Experience of developing service development plans with practical experience of change management
- Practical experience in managing health related issues
- Ability to demonstrate sound reasoning & decision making
- Experience with the use of Microsoft Office
- Holder of a full UK driving licence
Salary/hours: £17.00 per hour. Hours: 37.5h per week across the 24/7 continuum working on a variety of shift patterns as well as supernumerary.
Example of shifts can be 8am - 3pm/ 3pm - 9pm with occasional sleepovers.
Rotas completed three months in advance to facilitate work life balance.
