About the Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
- Post job adverts and proactively search for candidates on targeted job boards and via social media networking sites
- Assess and review CVs for key candidate skills and abilities
- Manage application process, from candidate pre-screen calls to booking interviews with Hiring Managers
- Complete comprehensive industry analysis and market research
- Attend local recruitment events and university open days
- Liaise and communicate with Hiring Managers to gain updates on headcount plans and remain informed of growth strategies
- Maintain our CRM system with up-to-date information on candidates
- Represent the Premier Group brand and become an integral part of the team
