About Your Opportunity:
A member of the Multi-Domain Integration (MDI) account working on pioneering projects using cutting-edge technology for strategically important National Defence Programmes.
We are growing our Test Engineering team and require creative and ambitious Test Engineers. Working within an Agile/DevOps environment, with a focus on testing Enterprise Java, C and C++ applications, your experience will cover a range of technologies and techniques to help provide quality multi-domain Command and Control (C2) solutions for our customers internationally.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform Test Engineering activities for agreed coverage and scope using the approved processes and procedures and frameworks.
- Ensure Quality Assurance is applied throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and responsive product release.
- Development of manual based test cases either as directed test cases or exploratory charters.
- Development of automated test scenarios from Gherkin through to Java implementation.
- Involvement in technical peer reviews to promote the validation process and ensure quality of product.
Your Experience:
- Proven experience in the software engineering lifecycle, attributing processes and techniques to the testing of software products to attain a high quality.
- Experience with Test Engineering techniques to validate and provide acceptance of software products.
- Experience in implementing test automation using Java based automation tools (e.g. Cucumber, Selenium).
- High standard of technical writing to produce documentation (Plans, Test Cases, Test Results/Reports).
- Experience in software configuration management, such as Git/Bitbucket.
