Senior Trade Mark Paralegal / Trade Mark Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal / Trade Mark Administrator for a leading IP Powerhouse.

In this position you will provide direct support to a partner and senior associate of the firm and enjoy a good level of autonomy and client contact. The main duties will include assisting with filing Trade Mark applications, instructing foreign agents in relation to applications, renewals and general prosecution, dealing with minor office actions, invoicing, preparing schedules, updating the firms internal database, preparing and sending publication/registration reports and drafting specifications.

You will be expected to manage your own deadlines and be able to run the administration side of the Trade Mark prosecution.

For this position we are seeking someone who has a previous Trade Mark Administration / Trade Mark Paralegal experience. Ideally you will have completed the CITMA but this is not essential.
