As the Senior Product Manager, you will supervise a team of Product Managers and together, will play an integral role in the customer experiences for multiple globally renowned brands, as-well-as the customer journeys that matter most to your highest value customer segments.
You will be the guide for your team to having an encompassing, multi-channel view and share your expertise in removing the toughest pain points in a customer journey so the team can drive optimised and innovative experiences for the consumers.
Leadership and collaboration will be at the heart of this role, as you will not only lead a team of Product Managers but will also work cross-functionally with counterparts in Optimisation, UX, Data Science, Omni Channel, Engineering and more...
Responsibilities (shortened):
- Direct reports: 2+ Product Managers
- Demonstrating how to create harmony for cross-functional teams with a common goal.
- Leading the accountability of your team for collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams, to gather insights and align on objectives and deliver key results.
- Guiding priorities towards the removal of the greatest pain points from local consumer journeys and experiences.
- Leading by example in developing strong relationships with key partners, effectively navigating blind spots, building coalitions, and connecting with others through listening & empathy.
