Join our client's fast-growing eCommerce team! This strategic and operational role is accountable for driving online sales and profit performance while identifying opportunities for digital growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research for product listings, category pages, and content.
- Optimize website content (product descriptions, meta tags, headers, URLs).
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors).
- Track, report, and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor and analyse competitor SEO strategies.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Manage and create PPC campaigns.
- Oversee department budgets.
Criteria:
- 2-3 years of SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, GTM) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Confidence in AdWords, Tag Manager, and CMS/e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and trend identification.
- Commercially focused, with advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of Shopify, PPC campaigns, and Google Analytics.
- Positive attitude and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
