One of the UK's highly regarded Legal 100 law firm is actively looking to hire a newly qualified claimant personal injury Solicitor or chartered legal executive to join its Cardiff office.
In this position:
- You will provide support to senior fee-earners on group action matters
- The cases are representing clients who have suffered Serious injury
- Work on product liability matters
- Develop your own caseload
Day to day:
- Taking clients’ instructions and drafting witness statements and schedules of loss
- Instructing medical experts
- Obtaining and reviewing medical records and preparing evidence bundles
- Instructing counsel
- Close client contact
