Job Purpose
The role of Service Account Handler is really important to them. You will be responsible for supporting the broking team with administration and customer service duties for fleet and commercial clients.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
- Dealing with general enquiries competently and giving clear guidance and explanations
- Accurately updating and maintaining an in – house system
- Processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
- Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration – document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits

- 1 year Plus Insurance experience is essential.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm
Location: Office based in Leeds, LS18.
