Customer Service Account Manager
- Annual Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 Bonus achievable, up to 15% of yearly salary, based on Company turnover/profit- Own customers - Agent’s turnover – Sales Team new business

Reed is recruiting on behalf of an established wholesaler based in Leeds, our client is looking to add a Customer Service Account Manager to join their dynamic and fun team. They are a company that takes risks and embraces a wild side, making them stand out in their industry. This full-time, permanent position is based in Leeds offers the opportunity to be part of a creative and energetic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and develop your own customer portfolio, building on existing relationships
- Provide exceptional customer support for trade customers, handling orders via phone, email, and our trade website
- Utilise various operating systems, including Microsoft Dynamics/BC, Nutshell, and Zendesk
- Collaborate closely with our UK/US field agents and their customers
- Identify opportunities to promote additional business through existing accounts
- Target new accounts and markets to develop new business
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Assist in organising and participating in trade shows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Team player with an enthusiastic and fun personality, coupled with a firm approach
- Organised and accurate with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter with initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight schedules
- Strong work ethic – flexible and hardworking
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident with numbers
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/Customer Service or field sales
