Temporary Administrative Assistant - Maternity Cover
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our client on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave for up to 9 months.
About the Role
As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will support the team by:
- Creating contracts for all new subscriptions sold on sales orders via SAP.
- Sending subscription packs to all customers that renew or purchase new contracts or subscriptions.
- Supporting the provision of monthly renewal quotes via SAP within the required timeframe for the following month
- Creating new quotes, sales orders, and contracts (via direct and distribution sales)
- Ensuring information relating to contracts/subscriptions in SAP is maintained with the highest possible accuracy.
- Maintaining a renewal log on an ongoing basis
- Managing a shared mailbox daily
- Answering telephone calls and directing them where necessary
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in performing a variety of administrative tasks and processes.
- A well-organised, thorough, and flexible approach to managing workload.
- A proven track record of producing work to exceptional levels of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team ethic and positive attitude
Hourly pay rate - £13.00ph to £13.50ph DOE
Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week for our client based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. This is a full-time office-based role with some travel to the St Neots office where expenses will be paid.
