The role requires a candidate a passion for Customer Servcies with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an ability to work on their own initiative. Responsibilities Chasing open jobs and paperwork Assisting with phone calls Producing LV & HV certificates Arranging collection of vehicles and their associated record details Processing all jobs for invoicing Processing Repair & Maintenance contracts Populating yearly planner for the External Service Engineers Raising Engineer job sheets Co-ordination of sub-contract work Assist with the planning of internal projects Other ad-hoc duties as required by the team
