This role is for a very well established and well known plant company in the Cardiff area.
The role purpose is to provide general administrative duties to support the service operation, providing direct assistance to the Service Administrator Clerk, Service Supervisor and Branch Manager.
Work will be designated to ensure coverage of Service Administration throughout core business hours and holiday cover.
Accountabilities
Answer calls and redirect to relevant persons.
Data processing:
o Writeup Engineer’s reports to ERP system
o Price up jobs on ERP system
o Create ProForma for customer
o Time sheet processing
o Raising purchase orders & Receipting
Invoices
o Use of telemetry software
Contacting customers via phone and email.
General Administrative duties.
Filing documents
