- Salary: £23,000 - £24,500 per annum
The role involves managing dealership workflow, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer systems. This is a Monday to Friday position with two available roles: one covering maternity leave on a fixed-term contract and one permanent.
Day to day of the role:- Answering questions about service outcomes, scheduling and booking appointments, and managing vehicle drop-off and collection.
- Overseeing the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
- Calling customers to provide updates on progress and advising them about service changes or completion times.
- Working with manufacturer systems to ensure vehicles remain compliant and dealer standards are met.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role is preferable.
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor preferred but not essential as continuous manufacturer training will be provided.
