- Monday - Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm
- Plus 1 - 2 Saturday mornings 08:30am - 12:30pm
- Basic - £24,000
- Basic Including Bonus - Around £30,000
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing proactive service to customers scheduling vehicle service, maintenance, or repair work
- Arranging courtesy vehicles as needed
- Greeting customers in the Service Department
- Liaising extensively with the workshop
- Monitoring and chasing work in progress
- Keeping customers informed of vehicle progress
- Up-selling additional products and services when possible
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence - driving is essential for this role
