My client is seeking a Service Advisor to join their thriving team.
Duties:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem–solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of basic office software
Cash handling experience is required
