Your Role as a Service Advisor:
- As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the automotive workshop.
- Collaborating closely with the Workshop Control, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage workloads for the Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics.
- Coordinating and organising tasks, you will contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the team, ensuring timely completion of service and repairs.
- Provide an exceptional service experience to every client, aiming not only to maintain but also to enhance the dealership's reputation.
- Your well-presented appearance and professionalism will leave a lasting positive impression on customers.
