SalaryOur automotive client is a friendly, family run Independent Service Centre who are looking to hire an experienced Automotive Service Advisor.
They have a great team that works well together in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, everyone helps out each other and their customers return to them time and time again due to the quality of workmanship and excellent customer service they deliver!
Details & Benefits include:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6pm + Saturdays on a 1 in 2 Rota basis
- Competitive Basic Salary: up to £30,000 basic p.a.
- Holiday allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent (PAYE).
- Career progression into management
As a Service Advisor your key responsibilities will involve dealing with all customers in a professional manner, portraying a positive first and last impression of the Car Service Department as well as dealing with any queries they have.
They are looking for someone with a proven track record working in a customer facing front of house role, ideally within an automotive service department as a Service Advisor. As well excellent customer service and communication skills are of paramount importance. You must also be IT literate, self-motivated and possess a full UK manual driving licence.
You must have a proactive approach to customer service and will enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the department as well as working closely and helping out where you can within the team!
