SalaryMain Duties:
- Processing queries and updating HR system
- Maintaining the HR Database including raising any extensive unplanned absences.
- Minute taking and write ups.
- Sources evidence for cases
- Investigation, disciplinary and dismissal communication
- Arranging investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings and often need to take minutes of those meetings.
- Managing short term absence cases and probation periods.
- Onboarding for new starters, sending out offer letters and contracts.
Key requirements:
- HR Employee Relations experience
- Must be a driver due to travelling between offices
- 2- 3 years HR experience
- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong people and customer service skills
You’ll be detail-orientated, proactive, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to work in a stand-alone position and to manage your own diary to support the business needs, successfully prioritising your own workload.
