Your new role

• Working with all areas of the business on a variety of HR issues
• Act as trusted partner to Managers, providing professional data led advice which is in line with the People strategy
• Responsible for the end-to-end process for Probation, Maternity and Paternity, Sickness and other period of leave conversations

What you’ll need to succeed

• CIPD qualified
• Experience working within an HR environment
• Experience of working with a HR Information System (HRIS)
