Your new role
- Working with all areas of the business on a variety of HR issues
- Act as trusted partner to Managers, providing professional data led advice which is in line with the People strategy
- Responsible for the end-to-end process for Probation, Maternity and Paternity, Sickness and other period of leave conversations
What you’ll need to succeed
- CIPD qualified
- Experience working within an HR environment
- Experience of working with a HR Information System (HRIS)
