School HR Advisor Job Summary:
- Serve as primary contact for all staff HR enquiries, investigating any issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the heads of department; Headteacher, Head of Finance etc.
- Line manages a small team of administrators and HR Officers.
- Implement and enforce school HR Policy and Procedures.
- Carry out staff performance review and feedback sessions.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
The ideal School HR Advisor will also be a mature, professional individual as you will be expected to handle sensitive, confidential information regarding staff and school.
School HR Advisor Job Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 minimum
- Experience working in the industry for at least a year
- Knowledge of UK employment laws and practices.
- High level IT skills and literacy with HR software.
