SalaryWe are currently looking for an ambitious and motivated HR Advisor who is passionate about supporting a fast paced, collaborative HR team with all aspects of HR support, for this circa 300 person media business based in London.
In particular, right now is an exciting time to join this team as it is a new team, they have gone through a period to look at what their HR team is going to look like moving forward, and this is a really great opportunity to join the team alongside others and grow with the business
This is a true generalist role, where you will bring your experience across all areas of HR, supporting on all areas from benefits, learning and development, ER, HR reporting and recruitment coordination.
Specifically, you will be involved in:
- Day-to-day HR Operations
- Creating, implementing and administering employee policies
- Advising on company benefits packages
- Supporting on any L&D Activity
- Identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
- Support the HR Operations Manager and wider HR team
