Customer Service Advisor

HRGO Recruitment is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their client located in Barking, Essex.

Job Purpose:

The main point of contact for customers and are responsible for addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and efficient manner.

In addition, support the Sales team in ensuring efficient, accurate processing of all customer orders and queries ensuring all key performance indicators and service levels are met. Processing orders through customer portals and ensuring efficient and effect sales operations withing the company to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

• Providing administrative support in assisting customers when handling and responding to enquiries, emails, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Managing product availability, co-ordinating with the warehouse for stock levels, ensuring accurate communication to customers.
• Maintaining accurate customer records on databases and spread sheets including tracking preferences, order history, invoices and contact information.
• Generating sales reports, analysing sales data, and preparing sales forecasts to inform decision making.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products offered by the company to provide accurate information, answering any questions or recommendations they may have.
• Co-ordinating with other areas of the business including marketing, financing, and logistics to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Supporting the technical department with updates of specifications and codes including setting up new round label templates.
• Issuing invoices and print correct labels for customer orders to the operations production areas.
• Providing day to day general administrative support to other departments within the operation. Including filing organising of documents.

This is a temporary to permanent position. Whilst temporary the hourly rate is £12.62. The permanent salary is £26,250.

Working hours are 9.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and every other Sunday.
