Service Advisor

Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Guildford.This role plays a key part within the dealership, advise potential, new and existing customers on which service, or maintenance, may be required to be performed on their vehicle.If you’re an experienced Service Advisor with a dealership background, who loves to work in a fast paced environment, we’d love to hear from you,Core ResponsibilitiesAscertain the customer’s automotive problems by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting technical visual inspections via the Direct Dialogue Bay; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules as appropriateDetermine services needed by reviewing service history and referencing manufacturer service intervalsRequired to book walk in customers and upsell Porsche Service’s and accessories.Provide assistance to bookings centre during peak periods as requiredRaise orders for parts identifiedIdentify and sell value added services and accessories as requiredTrack the vehicle through the workshop, remaining in constant communication with the customer during the repair process, updating the customer as required and ensuring delivery of the vehicle at the promised timeSo, what makes life at PRG unique?An induction like no other.
