Service Advisor

Procure Recruitment Group are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and committed candidate to join our team in Billingham in the role of Service Advisor.

The role is a full time position reporting directly to the Service Manager.

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

• excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
• excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
• the ability to understand and deliver an excellent customer experience
• the ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• familiarity with motor trade dealer management and database software
• familiarity with warranty work and manufacturer requirements
• the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative

You must also be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for your role, with an attention for detail and have the ability to consistently work to high standards.
