Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team, based in the North East of Scotland working in support of our Seagreen Offshore Windfarm, providing administrative, logistical and coordination support to the operations team. In line with Vestas quality, HSE and Operational procedures, you will provide assistance to site management and the offshore operation, ensuring that all administration, reporting & coordination requirements are delivered in a consistent manner.
Responsibilities
- Process requests and tasks via the company ERP system (SAP)
- Control all necessary site administrative tasks & support offshore team
- Control all on-signing, transfer, logistics & shipping compliance requirements for offshore activity
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
- Support training booking system
- Liaise with the customer as required
- Support & cover for the warehouse team with material movements, loading, offloading, and shipping
Qualifications
- IT skills (SAP, Dynamic, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good English skills both oral and written
- Full driver's license, ideally with FLT license
- Administrative skills
- Planning and coordinating experience
- Operation, Site or Service support experience
