Summary As a
Service Assistant you'll work across visitor areas, helping different departments deliver high-quality customer service.
Salary: £10.50 per hour / £3,938 per annum
Contract duration: Fixed-term until 3rd November 2024
Hours/working pattern: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the year. You'll work 375 hours over the duration of the contract, and on average, you'll work 10.42 hours per week but again and you'll primarily work on weekends and school holidays. The days you will work will vary, but shift times are usually 9am - 5pm or 10am - 3pm. We work to a rota which is issued 3-4 weeks in advance. Service Assistants play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. No two days are the same and you can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. You'll be involved in different tasks. These could include greeting visitors on arrival, restocking the shelves in the shop and clearing tables in the café. Most importantly you'll talk to visitors, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need for their visit. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations. Who we're looking for
